Maintenance Operative - #2179882

We are actively recruiting skilled Multi-trade Operative's and Painters and Decorators who will be required to work in and around the Midlands area for Elite Maintenance.

Ideally based in Stafford, Lichfield, Walsall, Cannock, Rugeley areas.

Elite Maintenance are a property maintenance/ defects repair company based in Staffordshire and covering the Midlands and Cheshire Areas.

We specialize in Fire, Flood, impact repairs and also general repairs for major house builders in our region and have an excellent reputation in our field (we do not work in voids or HA repairs).

The successful Maintenance Operative will be responsible for:

• Completing repairs to domestic properties to a very high standard and leaving properties spotlessly clean and tidy
• High level snagging/ remedial works to new build properties

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Previous experience of Property Maintenance essential.
• Skill sets should include carpentry, painting, plaster patching, tiling and fault finding e.g. creaking floors in new properties, leaking showers etc...
• An eye for detail
• Full driving licence
• The ability to work on your own and as part of team
• Be smart and presentable and have excellent timekeeping
• Excellent communication skills
• The hours of work are Monday - Friday 08.00 - 16.00 plus travel

• A vehicle will be provided and fuel costs covered during work hours
• Successful candidate must pass DBS check prior to employment
