THE ROLE:

A senior national role focused on expanding access to peritoneal dialysis (PD) and home-based treatment across the UK. Reporting to the UK & Ireland Country Manager, you will develop market access strategy, influence NHS policy and commissioning, drive pathway redesign and build health economic cases to improve patient access.

THE PERSON:

You must have:

• Experience in market access, NHS commissioning, health economics, healthcare policy, government affairs or strategic healthcare business development.
• Strong understanding of NHS funding, commissioning processes and healthcare policy.
• Proven experience engaging with senior NHS stakeholders, commissioners or government bodies.
• A track record of influencing treatment pathways, healthcare funding or service redesign.
• Ability to develop health economic arguments and demonstrate the value of alternative care models.

Renal or dialysis experience is beneficial but not essential.

• £80,000-£100,000+ basic
