Forklift Operator (Bendi) - £13.45 per hour via Umbrella - Inside IR35 - 1 Month Rolling Contract - Birmingham - Onsite - SCC Flex Contract

We are currently seeking a Forklift Operator (Bendi) to join a busy IT recycling and logistics warehouse in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Forklift Operator (Bendi) to support warehouse operations, ensuring the safe movement and storage of IT equipment and materials within a fast-paced environment.

Working an afternoon shift of 2:00pm to 10:00pm, the Forklift Operator (Bendi) will play a key role in supporting warehouse efficiency, stock movement, and operational safety standards.

Your responsibilities as the Forklift Operator (Bendi):

• Operate a Bendi forklift safely and efficiently within the IT warehouse environment.
• Load, unload, move, and store IT equipment and materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Support recycling, refurbishment, and logistics activities across the warehouse operation.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any faults or maintenance requirements.
• Accurately handle stock and support inventory management processes.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures and warehouse operating standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

As a successful Forklift Operator (Bendi), you will have:

• A valid and active forklift truck certificate (essential).
• A Bendi forklift certificate/licence (preferred), although any valid forklift certification will be considered.
• Previous experience working as a Forklift Operator (Bendi), Forklift Driver, or within a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Experience operating forklifts within a busy warehouse setting.
• Good awareness of warehouse health and safety requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic.
• Eligibility to obtain security clearance (essential).
