Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are looking for a highly motivated Executive Assistant to join a well-established, family-owned business in Birmingham. This varied role will be supporting the private and professional life of the Managing Director, alongside providing additional support to two other senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage personal diaries, appointments, international travel and family arrangements.
• Coordinate board meetings, prepare papers, take minutes and track actions.
• Provide administrative and travel support to other family members and their business interests.
• Coordinate events, hospitality and visits with clients, suppliers and business partners.
• Liaise with senior management, external advisers and service providers.
• Support ad hoc projects, maintain organised records and handle confidential matters with discretion.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives or business owners.
• Excellent organisational, communication and time-management skills.
• Experience preparing board papers, taking minutes and using Microsoft Office 365.
• Exceptional discretion, professionalism and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, adaptable and confident working independently, including supporting multiple senior stakeholders.
• Experience in a family-owned business, international environments or event coordination is desirable; a full UK driving licence is advantageous.
