Our client is looking for a Redress MI Manager to join their team! Within this role, you would be responsible for the development, maintenance and governance of scheduled and ad-hoc management information designed to help the business drive informed decisions. You will also produce regulatory reporting for external internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provides regular and ad-hoc reporting for senior management.
• Contributes to senior management decision making through delivery of accurate plans, management information, performance information and analytics.
• Engage with stakeholders across the business, briefing Senior Management on issues/trends and suggesting potential improvements.
• Ensures a high-quality service is provided to all internal and external customers, taking ownership being proactive and using initiative to complete necessary tasks.
• Engages with internal customers and stakeholder to understand the requirements for ad-hoc MI and delivers quality reports and dashboards that meet the objective.
• Delivers against requests for reporting from external regulators and agencies where required.
• Participates in and supports business planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planning.

Experience Required:

• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent numeracy skills and the ability to interpret and analyse data.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong ability to make informed, confident risk-based decisions.
• Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend simple solutions to issues.
• Good system skills including all Microsoft packages, the ability to code using laguages such as VB.Net and SQL, and able to quickly adapt to new IT systems, languages and coding methodology.
