Finance Hub Team Leader (Accounts Payable)

Birmingham City Centre, Hybrid (2 days in office), Full-time, Permanent, with a salary between £40-45k per annum dependant on experience + benefits.

We’re recruiting for an experienced Client Support Hub Team Leader to join a growing tech business in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and develop an operational team, ensuring KPIs and service levels are achieved.
• Oversee daily operations, resolving escalations and maintaining high service standards.
• Analyse data and reporting to identify performance improvements and maximise rebate opportunities.
• Work with clients and internal teams to improve processes, compliance and efficiency.
• Provide expert guidance and support process improvement initiatives.

About You:

• Previous experience working in a financial environment or similar professional services including team leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing KPIs.
• Knowledge of compliance, audit controls and process improvement.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
