Fully Remote Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive, Leading Regional Firm
Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a genuinely remote role without sacrificing the support, infrastructure and career opportunities of a large established law firm?
This is an opportunity to join a leading regional firm's successful Residential Property department in a fully remote position, allowing you to manage your caseload from home while remaining part of an experienced and well-supported wider team.
The Firm
A large and established regional law firm with a substantial Residential Property offering and a strong presence across the Midlands and surrounding areas.
The firm has invested heavily in its people, systems and technology, allowing experienced lawyers to work effectively from home while still having access to the support and resources of a sizeable legal practice.
You'll join an established Residential Property department with experienced lawyers, Paralegals and dedicated support staff around you.
The Role
This is a fully remote position where you will manage a busy Residential Property caseload of 70+ matters.
Importantly, you will have full support around you. Other members of the team will assist with areas such as opening files and post-completion work, allowing you to concentrate on the legal work, progressing transactions and dealing with your clients.
Your caseload will include:
Although you're working remotely, this isn't a role where you'll simply be left at home with a large caseload. There is a proper support structure around the fee earners, and you'll remain part of the wider Residential Property team.
You
You could be a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Residential Conveyancer.
You'll need to be an experienced residential property fee earner who is comfortable managing a busy caseload of 70+ active matters within a well-supported environment.
You should have good technical knowledge across freehold and leasehold transactions and be confident progressing matters, dealing directly with clients and managing competing priorities.
As this is a fully remote role, you'll also need to be organised, comfortable working autonomously and confident communicating with clients and colleagues remotely.
If you're accustomed to a busy conveyancing environment but would like to do it from home with dedicated support taking care of much of the administrative work around your caseload, this could be a particularly attractive move.
