HubSpot Marketing Manager

Our Client is currently looking for a commercially minded marketing professional to manage and optimise B2B marketing activity, with a focus on HubSpot, CRM and marketing automation.

Please note: This is 5 days on-site role based in Birmingham.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
• Manage HubSpot workflows, automation, email campaigns and lead nurturing.
• Optimise CRM processes, contact segmentation and database management.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and report on KPIs and ROI.
• Develop lead generation and conversion strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and campaign effectiveness.
• Work with internal stakeholders to support wider marketing objectives.

Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot, CRM systems and marketing automation.
• Experience in inbound marketing, lead generation and campaign management.
• Understanding of email marketing, landing pages, segmentation and lead scoring.
• Experience with analytics, reporting and campaign optimisation.
• A commercially focused approach with an understanding of marketing ROI.
• Strong communication, project management and stakeholder management skills.
