Labourer – Commercial Site

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Labourer to support installation works on a commercial site. This is a physically demanding role involving lifting and moving solar panels, handling materials and assisting the site team.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely lift, carry and position solar panels alongside other team members, using suitable lifting equipment where required.
• Load and unload deliveries and move materials to designated work areas.
• Assist installers and tradespeople with general site duties.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and free from obstructions.
• Remove waste and packaging to maintain a safe working environment.
• Follow site instructions, manual handling procedures and health and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Previous labouring experience, ideally on commercial or construction sites.
• Ability to carry out regular physical work and handle materials safely.
• A reliable, punctual approach and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Good awareness of site safety and safe manual handling.
• Valid CSCS card and appropriate PPE.

Previous experience supporting solar panel installations would be beneficial but is not essential.
