Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Birmingham

£24,000–£27,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

We're looking for an ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join nGenium, a growing boutique recruitment business based in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter.

We're a small, ambitious sales team, and it's important that you genuinely want to work in that environment. We're not a large corporate with multiple departments and layers of management. You'll be working closely with experienced recruiters, getting involved in all aspects of the business and playing a direct part in our growth.

If you're looking for a structured corporate graduate scheme, we probably aren't the right fit. But if you like the idea of joining a close-knit team, learning directly from successful consultants and having the opportunity to make a real impact, this could be a great opportunity.
