Business Development Manager - Midlands

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + commission + company car

Elevation are on the look out for an ambitious, commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow a leading manufacturers presence across the Midlands. You’ll be responsible for winning new business, developing existing accounts and driving revenue, profitability and market share.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering results within the industrial/engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business opportunities across the Midlands.
• Develop existing accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and market share.
• Plan and manage customer visits, sales activities and territory development.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales performance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Work collaboratively to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, ideally within manufacturing, engineering or an industrial environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and customer requirements.
