About the Role

Bristol | Exeter | Cheltenham | Birmingham

I'm supporting an established UK accountancy and advisory firm looking to strengthen its Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence team across multiple offices. We are interested in professionals at Manager, Senior Manager, Associate Director and Director level.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements

• Analyse financial performance, quality of earnings, working capital and cash flow

• Advise corporate and private equity clients on M&A transactions

• Manage client relationships and coordinate transaction processes

• Supervise and develop junior team members

• At senior levels, contribute to business development and deal origination

Qualifications

• ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent

Required Skills

• Experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence or Deals Advisory

• Background in a Big Four, mid-tier or independent advisory firm

• Strong financial analysis, commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills

• Experience leading transactions and managing client relationships

Preferred Skills

• Private equity and mid-market transaction exposure desirable

Pay range and compensation package

• Competitive compensation and career progression, with package dependent on experience
