Working across Finance, Risk and Treasury, you will lead key capital planning activities, support regulatory requirements and provide insight to senior stakeholders on strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities of the Senior Finance Manager, Capital Strategy:

• Lead capital planning and forecasting activities, ensuring the organisation maintains a strong and sustainable capital position.
• Work closely with Finance, Risk and Treasury teams to align capital strategy with wider business objectives.
• Support stress testing and scenario analysis, translating the results into clear, actionable insight.
• Contribute to regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with capital and liquidity requirements.
• Provide analysis, challenge and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive committees.
• Monitor and assess financial risk, identifying opportunities to optimise capital efficiency.
• Partner with the wider business to support strategic initiatives and key decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in capital management processes, models and reporting.
• Coach and develop team members, sharing technical expertise across the function.

Key essentials of the Senior Finance Manager, Capital Strategy:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience in capital management, treasury, stress testing, regulatory reporting or financial risk
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence at senior level
• Advanced analytical and Excel skills
