An established international freight forwarding and logistics group with a strong global network, ambitious growth plans and a continued focus on developing its ocean freight offering.

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Ocean Pricing Specialist to take ownership of pricing strategy, support commercial growth and improve profitability across key trade lanes and customer accounts.

Working closely with the commercial and product teams, you will play a key role in:

- Managing ocean freight pricing, RFQs and tenders.

- Developing pricing strategies across FCL and LCL services.

- Analysing gross profit and identifying opportunities to improve margins.

- Supporting sales teams with competitive pricing and commercial negotiations.

- Reviewing low-margin customers and trade lanes to drive profitability.

- Improving pricing processes and supporting the wider ocean product strategy.

- Experience in ocean freight pricing, product or product support

- Strong understanding of FCL/LCL pricing and tender management

- Commercially minded, analytical and confident working with Excel.

- Someone proactive who can work independently.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering results.
