Role Description: The Print Production Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Harborne, Birmingham, responsible for overseeing all aspects of print production. Day-to-day, this role plans and manages print schedules, ensuring that all printed materials meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements. The Print Production Manager selects appropriate materials and printing techniques, requests and reviews quotes, and monitors press checks and proofs to maintain brand consistency. This role also manages inventory. troubleshoots production issues, and continuously refines processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

  •  With considerable experience of print processes / print buying, ensuring best value through great supplier relations 

  •  Who is a good communicator with strong organisational skills 

  •  With the ability to work well under pressure, while maintaining a positive can-do attitude 

  •  With experience of project planning and working to testing deadlines 

  •  With good attention to detail and excellent customer service skills 

  •  Who is a good problem solver and is both proactive and reactive 

  •  Who will always go above and beyond, by identifying opportunities to give added services to clients 

  •  With good IT skills, ideally Mac literate and in-depth knowledge of Excel and data management 

  •  Who is happy to embrace new technologies like AI
