A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Change & Communications professional to join a market-leading organisation undergoing significant business transformation. You'll play a key role in driving stakeholder engagement, change adoption and communications across a portfolio of complex governance, controls and business improvement initiatives.

Client Details

Our client is a global market leader operating across a diverse range of sectors and employing thousands of people worldwide. They are currently investing heavily in a large-scale transformation programme focused on strengthening governance, assurance, controls and operational effectiveness across the business.

With a collaborative culture and ambitious growth plans, they offer an environment where individuals can make a genuine impact, gain exposure to senior stakeholders and build long-term careers within transformation and change.

Description

Working as part of a high-profile transformation programme, you'll support the successful delivery of change and communications activity across multiple business-critical initiatives.

This is a hands-on role that combines stakeholder engagement, communications, change management and project support. You'll be responsible for helping colleagues understand, prepare for and adopt new ways of working while ensuring key messages are effectively communicated throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering change and communication plans.
  • Producing engaging communications including presentations, newsletters, briefing packs and stakeholder updates.
  • Supporting change impact assessments and readiness activities.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Facilitating workshops, engagement sessions and change activities.
  • Supporting the implementation and adoption of new processes and controls.
  • Monitoring engagement levels and change effectiveness.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to successful change adoption.
  • Producing reports and insights for programme leadership.
  • Working across multiple workstreams within a fast-moving transformation environment.

This position would suit someone who enjoys variety, thrives in ambiguity and can confidently work with competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of delivery.

Profile

We're interested in speaking with candidates who have experience supporting organisational change, transformation or business improvement initiatives within complex environments.

You'll likely possess:

  • Experience within Change Management, Change Communications or Transformation delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience developing communications for varied audiences, including senior leadership teams.
  • Confidence facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive, resilient and self-motivated approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • The confidence to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders.

Experience within governance, controls, risk, compliance, finance or highly regulated environments would be advantageous but is not essential. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is resilient, adaptable and comfortable operating within a complex programme environment where priorities can change and stakeholder engagement is critical to success.

Job Offer

  • Hybrid working arrangements (1/2 days a week in office per week)
  • Exposure to large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
  • Opportunity to work with senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Long-term career development opportunities.
  • Diverse and challenging project work.
  • The chance to influence meaningful organisational change within a leading global business.
