Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we are investing in experienced recruiters to join our Birmingham office (B37).

The Opportunity

We are hiring Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants with experience across any of the following markets:

• Construction
• Industrial and Manufacturing
• Mechanical & Electrical
• Logistics and Driving
• Facilities Management
• Commercial and Business/ Office Support

You will have the opportunity to develop existing relationships, win new business, grow your client portfolio and maximise your earnings with one of the most competitive commission structures in the sector.

What We Offer

• Salary: £28,100–£40,000, negotiable depending on experience
• Uncapped commission: Up to 25% flat

Who We Are Looking For

We want to hear from experienced recruitment professionals who can demonstrate:

• A proven track record in 360 recruitment within Construction, Commercial, FM, M&E, Industrial, Logistics or other relevant blue-collar markets.
• Experience winning new business and developing long-term client relationships.
• A strong understanding of market trends and the commercial drivers behind successful recruitment.
• The ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client management through to candidate sourcing and placement.
• A proactive, target-driven approach with the confidence to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• The ambition to increase billings, maximise commission and progress within a growing business.
