Role: Senior Employment Solicitor

The Role

You will take a leading role in developing the firm's Employment Law offering, combining high-quality legal work with commercial development and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Managing complex Employment Tribunal claims and providing strategic employment advice to businesses.
• Building client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
• Helping shape the department's strategy, profile and future growth.
• Identifying cross-referral opportunities across the wider firm.
• Supporting future recruitment and team development as the department expands.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor with strong technical ability, commercial awareness and the ambition to take ownership of a growing practice.

You will be confident managing your own caseload, developing client relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the business. Previous leadership experience would be advantageous, but the drive and ability to build a department are what matter most.
