Prospero Teaching is recruiting experienced SEND Teaching Assistants for a fantastic, inclusive primary school in Yardley, Birmingham.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEND in a school setting.
• A genuine passion for inclusion and supporting children with additional needs.
• Confidence in adapting lessons, activities and resources to meet individual learning needs.
• A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to use your own initiative.
• The confidence to work independently and provide tailored support.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• A patient, nurturing and enthusiastic attitude.
