Make a Difference in Advice & Distribution
As the Advice Optimisation Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering strategic improvement initiatives across the Wealth Advice business, ensuring change is translated into measurable business outcomes. Working as part of a transformation programme, you will identify, design and implement improvements that enhance customer experience, increase adviser capacity and productivity, optimise support models, and maximise the value derived from technology and automation investments.
The role bridges strategy and execution, working closely with Advice, Operations, Risk, Technology, Change and Data teams to ensure improvement opportunities are delivered effectively and embedded sustainably within the business.
Your Impact
The Advice Optimisation Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives that support the evolution of the Wealth Advice operating model.
The role is accountable for:
- Delivering strategic and operational improvement initiatives across the advice business.
- Supporting the design and implementation of future adviser and support team operating models.
- Driving efficiency and productivity improvements across customer journeys and internal processes.
- Supporting the adoption of technology, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Monitoring benefits realisation and ensuring agreed outcomes are achieved.
- Working across multiple stakeholder groups to drive alignment, decision-making and execution.
- Managing workstreams within broader transformation programmes.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrable experience delivering business transformation, operational improvement or change initiatives.
- Experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management, Advice, Banking or related regulated environments.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable efficiency, productivity or customer experience improvements.
- Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups and influencing senior leaders.
- Strong programme, project or workstream delivery experience.
- Experience defining and implementing process improvements and operating model changes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Experience using data and insight to identify and prioritise improvement opportunities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within a regulated advice business (desirable).
- Understanding of Wealth Management, Financial Advice or Adviser operating models (desirable).
