Are you a Business Analyst who enjoys understanding how organisations work, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping shape better ways of working?
We are recruiting for an ambitious, growing professional services organisation investing in its transformation and integration capability.
Working within a developing project and transformation team, you will play a key role in understanding existing business processes, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and helping design practical solutions that support business growth, operational improvement and the integration of newly acquired businesses.
This role will require some travel.
The role will involve:
- Mapping and documenting existing (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes.
- Engaging with stakeholders across Finance, HR, IT, Operations and Compliance to understand requirements and challenges.
- Conducting gap analysis to identify process differences, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Translating business needs into clear requirements and practical recommendations.
- Supporting business integration activities, including systems changes, data migration and user acceptance testing.
- Working closely with Project Managers and Business Change Managers to ensure improvements are successfully implemented.
- Contributing to the development of consistent processes and ways of working across a growing organisation.
Applicants MUST have:
- Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement or business transformation.
- Strong process mapping, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working across multiple business functions and translating complex information into clear, actionable requirements.
- A structured, analytical approach with the confidence to challenge existing processes constructively.
- Experience within professional services, financial services, legal or another regulated environment would be particularly advantageous.
- Relevant degree or professional business analysis qualifications would be welcomed.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys getting beneath the surface of how a business operates, working collaboratively with stakeholders and seeing their recommendations translate into meaningful improvements.
