They currently have an urgent requirement for an adaptable and proactive finance professional to join them on an immediate-start temporary basis. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will step into a high-performing, welcoming team to provide essential transactional and administrative support. Your primary focus will be managing day-to-day transactions, clearing processing backlogs, and maintaining accurate records during this exciting and busy period. While this role begins as an urgent temporary contract to hit the ground running, it offers genuine, strong potential to transition into a permanent position.

What we are looking for:

• Proven, demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced transactional role, with a track record of handling high-volume data entry and processing across both sales and purchase ledgers autonomously.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong familiarity with accounting systems.
• Highly organised nature with an analytical mindset, sharp attention to detail, and excellent time management skills to deliver against tight deadlines.
• Strong, confident communication skills (both written and verbal) with an outstanding telephone manner to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
