Cover Supervisor required in Birmingham

Contract Type: Long-term, Short-term, and Day-to-day available

Salary: £98-120, negotiable, depending on experience

The Supply Register is currently working in partnership with multi-academy trusts across Birmingham and are looking to find experienced and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join their schools on a day-to-day, short-term and temporary basis.

Cover supervising is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working in a school and transfer your skills from working with children in other fields such as youth work or coaching.

We have roles available to suit your needs whether this is full-time, part-time, long-term or day to day. We are looking for cover supervisors to support across all key stages and subject specialisms. As a cover supervisor, you will manage classroom behaviour and support the diverse needs of our schools.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with children (classroom based)
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Valid enhanced DBS on the update service.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Have high expectations of all pupils
• Have high expectations of themselves and work collaboratively to improve teaching and raise standards across the schools
