Customer Service Christmas Temps - #2158172

Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham | £12.71 per hour | 37 hours per week | Temporary, 9th november to 3rd January

We're working with a busy business in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter that needs extra help for the Christmas rush. You'll join their online customer service team, keeping customers happy over the phone and on live chat during their busiest time of year.

What you'll be doing

• Answering customer calls with a friendly, helpful manner
• Replying to customers on live chat quickly and accurately
• Helping with orders, deliveries and general questions
• Making sure every customer leaves happy, even in the middle of the festive madness!

What you'll need

• Previous customer service experience, whether from a call centre, retail, hospitality or similar
• A confident, warm manner on the phone
• Quick, accurate typing for live chats
• A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm when it gets busy
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts

Hours

This is a 37-hour-a-week contract on a rotating shift pattern, with shifts from either 9am to 5pm or 12pm to 8pm.
