Interim Group Financial Controller - #2158165

We are supporting an exciting international manufacturing group that has recently been acquired by a new Private Equity investor and is now entering an important period of growth, transformation and professionalisation.

The business is looking for an experienced Interim Group Financial Controller to join the finance team during this transition and play a key role in strengthening group financial controls, reporting and processes across the international organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Group FC who enjoys working in a PE-backed, fast-paced environment and wants to play a hands-on role in shaping and improving the finance function.

Ideally, you will:

• Be an experienced Group Financial Controller / Financial Controller who is comfortable operating within an international, changing environment and can quickly understand existing structures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Have strong group financial control and reporting experience with experience working within an international manufacturing or multi-site environment and leading group consolidation and multi-entity reporting.
• Have previous experience in a PE-backed, acquisitive or transformation environment would be highly advantageous.
• Have proven hands-on approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels with excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple functions and locations.
