About the role
We work with a range of clients to support and lead on delivering B2B and B2C communications, from leading hospitality giants to cutting-edge tech brands.
We are looking for an Account Director to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of clients, delivering outstanding client service, strategic counsel and integrated communications campaigns.
As a senior client lead, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, directing strategy and overseeing campaigns from initial brief through to delivery. You’ll combine strong commercial acumen with a passion for great work, ensuring we deliver excellent results for clients while managing budgets, resources and profitability for the business.

We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded senior client handler who can combine strategic thinking with strong delivery skills.
You’ll be comfortable:
- Managing multiple clients, campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Building strong relationships and acting as a trusted adviser to clients.
- Translating client challenges into clear, creative and effective solutions.
- Managing budgets, resources and commercial expectations.
- Leading and developing junior team members.
- Navigating changing priorities and responding calmly and effectively to challenges.
- Spotting opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen client relationships.
- Contributing beyond your own accounts to the wider success and development of the business.
Most importantly, you’ll bring energy, curiosity, commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering exceptional client work.
Our culture
Maintaining our vibrant workplace culture, as well as fostering an environment to support learning and development, means we come together as a team to operate from our Birmingham city centre workspace on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, working remotely outside of our core days.
With a pet-friendly office, you’ll need to like dogs or our office dogs Lottie & Marley will be upset, as will some of our lovely pet-sector clients!
We’re famous for our quarterly team social events, where we get together to have fun and let our hair down. Previous social events have seen us cruising the Birmingham canals, whipping up creative bakes, trying our hand at darts, and turning our office into our very own wellbeing centre.
We also offer a great package, with extras such as benefits package equivalent to an extra 5% of core salary, 24 days holiday together with up to five additional days available for family care. The salary will be equivalent to the level of experience you have and will range from £43,000-£55,000.
We are a family-friendly employer and welcome applications from those seeking flexible or part-time working arrangements.
To apply, send us your CV and cover letter and let us know why you believe that this is the role for you. Email to [email protected]
Applications close 30th October 2026. Please be aware that we can’t wait to welcome a new cub to the pack; so, if we find a top cat before our closing date, we will close our recruitment search ahead of this date.
