We are currently seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join a busy and welcoming corporate office on an ongoing temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the face of a business, providing a first-class experience for visitors while supporting the wider office operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors, guests, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
• Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating schedules.
• Preparing meeting rooms ahead of internal and client meetings.
• Arranging refreshments and ensuring hospitality areas are well presented.
• Supporting the office services team with a variety of administrative duties.
• Maintaining a tidy, organised, and professional reception environment.
• Assisting with ad hoc operational and business support tasks as required.

About You:

• Previous reception, front-of-house or customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, approachable and highly organised.
• Able to multitask and manage a busy workload effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working within a corporate office environment.
