Aspire People are currently recruiting on behalf of a lovely nursery in Garretts Green who are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team.
The Role
Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
* Full-time, Monday-Friday
* Term-time only
* 8:30am-3:30pm
* Long-term opportunity within an established nursery setting
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and reach their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting children's learning, development and daily routines
* Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Supporting children's personal care needs
* Working in line with the EYFS framework
* Observing, assessing and recording children's progress
* Encouraging positive relationships and social development
* Maintaining a safe, welcoming and stimulating nursery environment
* Working closely with colleagues, parents and other professionals
* Following safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
* Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting
* Good understanding of the EYFS
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
* Paediatric First Aid is desirable
* Reliable, professional and enthusiastic approach
