Placements & Referrals Coordinator

Hybrid Working | £30,000 + Bonus up to 10% | Permanent | 37.5 Hours

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Placements & Referrals Coordinator to join a leading Education & Residential provider.

Working alongside Local Authorities, Registered Managers and Head Teachers, you will manage referrals, coordinate placements and ensure children and young people are matched with appropriate services.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess referrals from Local Authorities.
• Coordinate placement opportunities across services.
• Prepare and issue placement offers.
• Maintain accurate records and referral databases.
• Build strong relationships with Commissioners and Social Workers.
• Monitor placement capacity and occupancy levels.
• Support placement transitions and onboarding processes.
• Produce reports and attend placement meetings.

Requirements

• Experience within placements, referrals, admissions or commissioning.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience within Children's Services, Social Care, Residential Care, SEND Education or Fostering would be highly advantageous.
