A trust of Primary School's based in North Birmingham is looking for a Finance Administrator to support the finance function for over 5 schools. The role will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, term time only. This is a long-term role to start as soon as possible.

Your new role

The role will be based at the trust head office and will entail:

• Processing purchase orders, invoices, and supplier payments.
• Managing income, banking, and reconciliation processes.
• Assisting with budget monitoring and financial reporting.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and databases.
• Supporting payroll administration and staff expense claims.
• Liaising with suppliers, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Providing general administrative support

Please note that you will be required to visit school sites at times.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have proven finance admin experience in the above and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have a clear DBS check.
