Senior Recruitment Consultant - FM Engineering

£30,000 - £40,000 DOE plus uncapped commission, healthcare & benefits
 

Facilitate Search is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of and grow our Facilities Management Engineering division.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced recruiter who wants the earning potential and autonomy of running their own business, without the micromanagement and rigid structure that comes with many recruitment businesses.

The opportunity

You’ll have full ownership of our Engineering market, developing existing relationships while building your own client and candidate network across Hard FM, building services and maintenance engineering.

We’re looking for someone who can nurture existing key accounts, win and develop new business, build genuine long-term client relationships and create a strong network of engineering professionals across the UK.

Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of three years’ recruitment experience within Hard FM, building services, maintenance engineering or a closely related technical market.

Uncapped earning potential

Our commission scheme pays:

25% / 27.5% / 30% of monthly billings above a £5,000 threshold. 

Commission is paid monthly and is completely uncapped. On target commission payments of £1,250 - £4,000 per month)
