Bright Star Talent is currently recruiting friendly and reliable Lunchtime Supervisors to work within primary schools across Birmingham.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent part-time work during school hours, supporting pupils throughout the busy lunchtime period.

As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise pupils during lunch and break times

• Support children within the dining hall and playground

• Encourage positive behaviour and good manners

• Help ensure lunchtime runs safely and smoothly

• Assist younger children where required

• Deal with minor incidents appropriately and report any concerns to school staff

• Follow the school’s safeguarding and behaviour policies at all times

We are looking for people who are:

• Friendly, approachable and confident around children

• Reliable and punctual

• Available Monday to Friday, 11:30am–1:30pm

• Able to manage groups of children in a positive and professional manner

• Ideally experienced within a school, childcare or similar setting

• In possession of, or willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS

Previous school experience is beneficial, but we are also interested in people with the right attitude, reliability and confidence working with children.
