A global finance leadership role with the scope to strengthen financial performance, governance and capability across a major international humanitarian organisation.

We’re partnering with a leading international humanitarian organisation working across more than 40 countries. They’re looking for a Head of International Finance to provide strategic oversight across their global finance operations, working closely with senior leadership to strengthen financial performance, assurance and risk management across a complex international portfolio.

What you'll do:

• Lead three senior finance functions, setting direction and developing capability across global teams.
• Provide consolidated financial reporting, analysis and insight to senior leadership.
• Strengthen financial controls, assurance and risk management across countries and regions.
• Ensure strong compliance with statutory, donor and organisational requirements.
• Partner with International Programmes on operational finance and strategic decision-making.
• Lead finance improvement initiatives, including digital transformation and process optimisation.
• Travel internationally to provide hands-on leadership, assurance and support.

What you'll bring:

• Qualified accountant with extensive senior finance experience in an INGO, charity or global organisation.
• Multi-country finance experience, including reporting, donor compliance, risk and controls.
• Experience leading dispersed, multicultural teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• A strategic, practical approach with a track record of improvement and change.
