Remuneration: £55,000 - £65,000neg + discretionary bonus

The role of the Contracts Manager - Precast Concrete Solutions will involve:

• Contracts Manager position dealing with a range of high end manufactured precast concrete products such as prestressed flooring, precast stairs, precast walls, prestressed walls, precast frames, precast columns and precast beams
• Plan and oversee site installation works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme
• Manage subcontractors and installation teams on a daily basis, ensuring works are coordinated effectively
• Monitor installation progress, provide weekly project updates and address any site-based issues as they arise
• Liaise with clients, installation teams and the supply chain on technical queries, resolving issues and disputes where required
• Support site surveys and preparation of lift plans, while providing regular project updates to the Directors
• Working on projects ranging in value from £5,000 to £500,000

The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Manager - Precast Concrete Solutions with:

• Must have experience as a Contracts Manager, Project Manager or other related commercial roles
• Ideally will be from a precast concrete / steelwork / timber frames background
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Able to work within a team and individually
• Confident and articulate
