What’ you’ll be doing:

This is a full-time office-based job, offered on a fixed term 12-month contract basis, starting in January 2027, covering maternity leave.

The role will involve:

• Managing a high-volume caseload of residential property sales from instruction to post-completion
• Communicating with clients, third professionals, and colleagues
•  Working to tight deadlines

Who we’re looking for

Suitable candidates will have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience running a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
• Excellent communication skills and client care skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team
