Early Years Practitioner - Aspire People

Are you a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner looking for flexible work in nurseries across Sandwell and South Birmingham?
Aspire People are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join our growing team of supply staff. Whether you're looking for regular work, additional hours alongside another role, or the flexibility to choose when you work, we can offer a range of opportunities to suit you.
The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will support children in a safe, nurturing and stimulating nursery environment, helping them learn, develop and reach their full potential.
Your responsibilities may include:
*Supporting children's learning, development and daily routines
*Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
*Supporting children's personal care needs
*Working in line with the EYFS framework
*Observing and recording children's progress
*Encouraging positive relationships and social development
*Maintaining a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment
*Working closely with nursery staff and other professionals
*Following safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies
Requirements
*Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
*Experience working with children in an early years or nursery setting
*Good understanding of the EYFS
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
*Paediatric First Aid is desirable
*Reliable, professional and enthusiastic approach
