A leading university in Birmingham is looking for an HR Systems Administrator to keep their people data accurate, secure, and working hard for the business — iTrent experience is essential for this one.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing and maintaining the iTrent HR system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Supporting system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting
• Producing reports and data extracts for the wider HR team
• Acting as a go-to point of contact for system queries across the university
• Helping to identify and implement process improvements

• Proven experience working with iTrent — essential
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Confident working independently and managing competing priorities
• Experience within HR systems or HR administration more broadly
