  • Liaising professionally with Managing Agents, Local Authorities, suppliers and other external partners
  • Maintaining spreadsheets, trackers and operational dashboards
  • Keeping supply chain information accurate and up to date

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, accurate and naturally proactive. You’ll be comfortable managing several priorities at once and confident communicating with people at different levels.

You should have:

  • Strong organisation and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident written and verbal communication
  • The ability to work independently and use your initiative
  • A professional and approachable manner
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Confidence dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • The ability to handle sensitive information professionally

Previous experience within housing, property management or supply chain operations would be advantageous but is not essential.

Why Apply?

This isn’t simply an administrative position. You’ll gain exposure to the wider Supply Chain operation, working closely with senior colleagues and external organisations while developing your knowledge of the sector.

For someone ambitious who wants to learn, take on more responsibility and build a longer-term career within housing or supply chain, this could be an excellent next step.
