An established, employee-owned building surveying and project management consultancy are looking to appoint an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham team.

The Chartered Building Surveyor's Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a consultancy with a strong technical reputation and a genuinely client-focused approach.

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will work across a varied portfolio of instructions, providing Building Surveying advice to clients across the Midlands and wider UK. The role will offer a strong balance of professional services and project work, allowing you to develop a diverse workload.

You'll take ownership of your instructions, managing client relationships and providing practical, commercially focused advice throughout the property lifecycle.

The Chartered Building Surveyor's Requirements

• A degree in Building Surveying
• MRICS qualified
• Experience working within a similar consultancy environment
• Confident managing clients and projects independently
• Ambitious, proactive and client-focused
