You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team with access to established clients, exceptional training, and genuine opportunities for career progression.

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process from vacancy qualification to placement
• Building and developing relationships with legal professionals and law firms
• Generating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
• Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Negotiating offers and managing the placement process
• Developing your own specialist market and becoming a trusted industry advisor

• Previous recruitment experience is essential
• Experience within legal recruitment is advantageous but not required
• Recruiters from sectors such as professional services, finance, commercial, technology, HR, engineering, construction, healthcare, education, and other specialist markets are encouraged to apply
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
