This Permanent Full-time role offers responsibility across professional and project services together with leadership of client relationships and team development activities.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial building surveying instructions across the Midlands
Manage dilapidations, technical due diligence, and contract administration services
Oversee refurbishment and fit-out projects through delivery stages
Act as Employer’s Agent and Project Manager on commercial schemes
Support business development, fee growth, and multidisciplinary project delivery

Requirements

Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
MRICS qualified
Commercial consultancy background
Strong experience across professional and project services
Knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts with client-facing experience

Salary & Package

£70,000–£80,000 basic salary
Annual bonus up to 18%
