Starting salary of £27,000 - £28,500 depending on experience.
The successful Administrator will be required to:-
- Process RFQs (request for quotations) accurately.
- Process customer orders and purchase orders accurately, within the agreed timeframe.
- Ensure prices are correct on both customer and supplier purchase orders.
- Process PO requests.
- Issue new and repeat quotations.
- Support project management team by updating weekly project status.
- Manage sourcing inbox to ensure all incoming tasks are distributed and completed.
- Support order delivery management, including checking delivery dates, advising on late deliveries, closing out part-shipped orders, and tracking orders in transit.
The Administrator will have:-

- Experience in purchasing or procurement would be advantageous.
- Experience processing orders and communicating with suppliers/customers.
- RFQ/ quotation handing experience.
