Level 3 Teaching Assistant - #2138429

We are seeking enthusiastic, proactive, and highly committed Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our team on a supply basis with the potential to become permanent, and work collaboratively across primary schools to provide exceptional academic and pastoral support. 

Key Responsibilities

• Learning Support: Plan and deliver small group interventions and high-quality support tailored to specific learning objectives. 
• Classroom Partnership: Work closely with the class teacher to prepare learning environments, differentiate curriculum resources, and co-manage classroom activities. 
• Assessment & Feedback: Monitor, record, and report on student progress, offering constructive feedback to teachers and parents to accelerate learning. 
• Behaviour Management: Promote positive behaviour, independence, and self-esteem using proactive, nurturing techniques. 

Requirements &  Qualifications:

• Qualifications: A full and relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning) or equivalent.
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills to interact with children, parents and team members..
• Experience: Proven experience working with children within an educational setting, ideally across Key Stages.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of primary curriculum frameworks and targeted learning support strategies.
• Attributes: A patient, resilient, and collaborative professional who displays initiative and thrives as part of a team.
