KC Group are recruiting on behalf of a leading educational organisation for a Temporary Data Entry Administrator. An Enhanced DBS or registration on the DBS Update Service is essential for the role.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support with the accurate input of student GCSE grades for incoming Sixth Form and College students.

Key Details of the Data Entry role:

Temporary 2-week assignment
£13.50 per hour
37 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Friday finish at 4:30pm
On-site role based in Birmingham City Centre (B3)
Immediate start available

Responsibilities of the Data Entry include:

Accurately input student GCSE results onto internal systems
Verify information and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive student data
Support the wider administrative team as required

Requirements of the Data Entry Includes:

Strong attention to detail
Good data entry and IT skills
Previous administration experience desirable
Enhanced DBS Certificate or registered on the DBS Update Service is essential
