KC Group are recruiting on behalf of a leading educational organisation for Temporary Student Attendance Administrators.

An Enhanced DBS Certificate or registration on the DBS Update Service is essential.

We are looking for three confident and professional individuals to support a student attendance project, contacting students and families regarding absences.

Key Details of the Student Attendance Administrator role Includes:

• 4-week temporary assignment
• 15 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 12:00pm
• On-site role based in Birmingham City Centre (B3)
• Pay: £13.50 per hour
• Immediate start available
• 3 positions available

Responsibilities of the Student Attendance Administrator role Includes:

• Make outbound calls regarding student absences
• Record outcomes accurately on internal systems
• Maintain a professional and empathetic manner
• Escalate concerns where necessary
• Provide administrative support to the attendance team

Requirements of the Student Attendance Administrator role Include:

• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Confident using IT systems
• Customer service or administration experience preferred
• Enhanced DBS Certificate or registered on the DBS Update Service is essential
