Full-Time Teaching Assistant (TA) - B45 Area | Start ASAP | Aspire People
Aspire People are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the B45 area on a full-time, long-term basis, starting as soon as possible.
The Role:
Supporting pupils within the classroom environment
Working closely with the class teacher to support learning and development
Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil engagement
Assisting with classroom preparation and daily routines
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable
Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Right to work in the UK
