Ferrari Customer Relations Manager - #2131130

We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Customer Relations Manager to join our team at Graypaul Ferrari Birmingham.

The ideal candidate for this exciting role will have a strong background in administration, have excellent customer service skills and have the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will have an outstanding ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders, be confident in demanding situations and have the ability to prioritise effectively and organise your own workload to meet tight deadlines. 

The role will cover the following: 

• Manage internal databases to ensure accuracy of data
• Initial point of contact for all Aftersales enquiries
• Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback
• Retain customers and encourage repeat business
• Support Sales and Aftersales where possible
• Proactive in taking internal and external calls for bookings
• Producing reports on a regular basis along with adhoc reporting as required
• Taking calls from customers & dealerships where necessary 

You must be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic, committed and flexible approach to work whilst possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should also be someone who can work well under pressure in a very busy environment. 

This is an excellent e opportunity available for a motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our award winning Aftersales Team.

Previous experience would be advantageous. You will work 40 hours between the hours of 8am – 17:30pm Monday to Friday. The role is fully office based.
