Description

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and suggest solutions.
• Help organise meetings, schedules, and communications for the team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Sales Support should have:

• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using standard office software and tools.
• A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
• An interest in the property industry is beneficial but not essential.
