Audio Visual (AV) Project Manager - #2127139

My client are a UK based leading provider of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing solutions - primarily across the Education sector. They are going through a sustained period of growth and now have a requirement for a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate project teams, assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Manage external suppliers and monitor performance.
• Ensure projects follow legal, safety and organisational standards.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budgets and maximise project profitability through effective planning and change control.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum three years' experience delivering complex Audio Visual or technology infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering projects within time, cost, and quality constraints.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience with risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors.
• Proven experience leading complex AV Installations and multi-room deployments.

Desirable

• Confident decision-maker in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ownership of AV standards, governance, and best practices
• Strong mentoring skills and team leadership.

Essential:

• Enhanced DBS check to be completed on successful application.
• ECS/CSCS exam to be taken if a valid card is not already held.
• Driving licence
