We’re looking for an experienced, high-performing sales professional to join our Birmingham team. Focusing on Embedded Software Technology - within Mobility. This role is designed for experts who want to take full ownership of their market, maximise their earnings, and drive significant business impact. 

You will: 

• Build, grow and own a high-performing client portfolio 

• Drive new business and expand strategic client relationships 

• Deliver high-value talent solutions in competitive STEM markets 

• Consistently exceed revenue targets and outperform expectations

• Starting base salary: 27,500 – 50,000

• Uncapped commission (no threshold, no cap)

The base salary range reflects the fixed compensation for this role.  

In addition, this position is eligible for a variable commission plan, with total earnings based on performance against defined targets. Final base salary will be determined using objective criteria such as relevant experience, skills and internal pay equity. All variable compensation is governed by a transparent commission structure aligned to role expectations.
